Q Mental Health is led by a therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in trauma and integrative mental health care.
Her training includes:
Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Training in EMDR, ACT, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT
Her work integrates evidence-based trauma treatment with mind-body approaches that support deeper emotional healing and nervous system regulation.
