About The Founder

Q Mental Health is led by a therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in trauma and integrative mental health care.

Her training includes:

  • Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

  • Training in EMDR, ACT, CBT, and Trauma-Focused CBT

  • Her work integrates evidence-based trauma treatment with mind-body approaches that support deeper emotional healing and nervous system regulation.

  • Integrative and mind-body approaches to healing

This breadth of training allows for a precision-based, highly individualized approach to therapy.

This work is both professional and deeply personal.

Years of witnessing how trauma impacts identity, relationships, emotional safety, and the nervous system led to a deep specialization in trauma resolution and integrative mental health care.
